By accessing or using the Calico Sports Picks website (calicosportspicks.com) or subscribing to any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Calico Sports Picks (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Calico Sports Picks is a sports handicapping subscription service that provides sports betting picks and analysis across the following leagues: MLB, NBA, NHL, NFL, NCAA Football (NCAAF), and NCAA Basketball (NCAAB).
Our service provides informational and entertainment content only. We do not operate a sportsbook, accept bets, or facilitate gambling in any form. We provide picks and analysis; what you choose to do with that information is entirely your own decision and responsibility.
Important: Sports betting involves substantial financial risk. Past performance of our picks does not guarantee future results. You may lose money following our picks.
To subscribe to Calico Sports Picks you must:
By subscribing, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to terminate accounts if eligibility requirements are not met.
We offer four subscription plans:
Single-day access to picks for that calendar day. No auto-renewal. No commitment beyond the purchase date.
Seven-day access to picks. No auto-renewal. Access expires seven days from the date of purchase.
Available in two billing options:
The Standard plan does not include the money-back guarantee. Picks are the same as all other plans.

365-day access to picks from the date of purchase. No recurring billing.
The Guaranteed Plan includes our money-back guarantee subject to the following terms:
The guarantee period is the calendar month — the 1st through the last day of the month — regardless of when during the month you subscribed. A subscriber who joins on June 15 is covered from June 1 through June 30 for that month’s calculation.
At the end of each calendar month, our system automatically calculates the net profit or loss for Guaranteed plan members based on all graded picks issued during that month.
For a $100 monthly subscription payment, the refundable amount is approximately $87.80. This reflects the net amount we received after credit card processing fees (approximately 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) charged by our payment processor. These fees are non-refundable by the processor regardless of circumstance and are outside our control.
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of month end and returned to the original payment method on file. You will be notified by email when a refund is issued.
We do not guarantee a pick every day. Picks are released only when a clear betting edge exists based on our analysis. There are days — sometimes multiple consecutive days — where no pick will be sent. This is by design and is a core part of our methodology.
We will rarely if ever send more than three picks in a single day. The actual number depends entirely on the game slate and available edges. Most days with picks will have one to two selections.
We issue moneyline and against the spread (ATS) picks only, across MLB, NBA, NHL, NFL, NCAAF, and NCAAB.
Picks are delivered via the method(s) selected at signup: member dashboard, email, and/or SMS. We are not responsible for delays or failures in third-party email or SMS delivery services.
Subscribing to Calico Sports Picks does not guarantee that you will profit from sports betting. All picks represent our best analysis and opinion at the time of release. Results will vary.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe and/or PayPal. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.
For recurring subscriptions (Guaranteed Plan), your payment method will be charged automatically each month on the date of your original subscription. You will receive an email receipt for each charge.
All prices are listed in US dollars. We are not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank or card issuer.
Failed payments may result in immediate suspension of service. We will attempt to notify you of payment failures by email.
You may cancel your Guaranteed Plan subscription at any time through your member dashboard under Settings → Subscription, or by contacting us at the email address in Section 14. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued for early cancellation outside of the guarantee policy described in Section 5.
One-time purchases (Day Pass and Try Me A Week) are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
The Calico Yearly plan is non-refundable after purchase except as required by applicable law.
Guarantee refunds for the Guaranteed Plan are governed exclusively by Section 5 of these Terms.
CALICO SPORTS PICKS PROVIDES PICKS AND ANALYSIS FOR INFORMATIONAL AND ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. WE ARE NOT A LICENSED FINANCIAL ADVISOR, INVESTMENT ADVISOR, OR GAMBLING OPERATOR. NOTHING ON THIS SITE CONSTITUTES FINANCIAL, LEGAL, OR GAMBLING ADVICE.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calico Sports Picks and its owner(s) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

All content on this site — including picks, analysis, design, text, graphics, and code — is the intellectual property of Calico Sports Picks. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
